Housing at BUA (On-Campus)
Piper Village opened for the spring 2008 semester with five new apartment buildings clustered in a secure community on Baptist University of the Américas’ new 80-acre campus across the highway from our historic campus. Each beautifully designed apartment includes a refrigerator, stove and microwave. A village community room is the central gathering point for students and provide an attractive meeting space for visiting groups. A convenient walk-over bridge connects the two campuses along with ample parking.
One and two-bedroom apartments are available for families and four-bedroom apartments are available for single students. Every floor plan includes a living area and kitchen. Electricity is provided for the four-bedroom apartments along with furnishings, that include a bed, desk, chest of drawers, sofa and chair, coffee table and end table. At this time, family apartments are unfurnished and electricity is not included.
