BUA Audio/Visual Department

The purpose of the BUA Audio/Visual Service Department is to provide Baptist University of the Américas faculty and staff reliable audio/visual services and equipment, through personal assistance given by qualified people.

As a department, we aim to fulfill our tasks efficiently according to our institution’s needs and provide Baptist University of the Américas faculty and staff with reliable audio/visual services and equipment.

Process for Requesting A/V Materials.

To request audio/visual materials, please click here to request form or come to the LRC and fill the form at the Public Service desk.

Note: Preferably, all requests for audio/visual service should be made a week in advance. A 48-hour notice is required to guarantee availability.
