Missions

The Missions program at BUA seeks to provide college students with opportunities to meet the physical and spiritual needs of others through practical learning experiences that teach servant leadership and a personal commitment to missions.

Set Apart Tour (SAT)

A summer program composed of a mobile team of students from Baptist University of the Americas that travel across Texas and beyond, to partner with pastors and leaders with limited resources, especially personnel. (Students receive a $2,000.00 Mary Hill Davis Women’s Mission Union Scholarship).

International Missions (Short-Term)

Every year, BUA organizes a team of student missionaries that respond to God’s call to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ and make disciples of all nations (Matthew 28:18-20). Past international mission trips include: Venezuela, Spain, Mexico, Brazil, London, Colombia and Nicaragua.
