Faculty and staff enjoy unlimited checkout and renewal privileges as long as they are employed by the university. Materials are checked out for one month. Present BUA Identification to check out materials. Items must be returned at the end of each semester regardless of when they were checked out. As an added service, requests can be made over the telephone and then picked up within 48 hours. As a professional courtesy, extended use fees are not charged to faculty and staff. Notices are sent when an item is overdue; all that is required is the item be returned as soon as possible. You may contact the LRC director or staff at anytime using the BUA email.
Reserve Collection
As a service to faculty and students, faculty may set aside materials for student use. The faculty member determines the limits on the use of the materials so students can access them efficiently.
