Purpose & Vision of the BUA Audio/Visual Department

The purpose of the BUA Audio/Visual Service Department is to provide Baptist University of the Américas faculty and staff reliable audio/visual services and equipment, through personal assistance given by qualified people.

As a department, we aim to fulfill our tasks efficiently according to our institution's needs and provide Baptist University of the Americas faculty and staff with reliable audio/visual services and equipment.

Process for Requesting A/V Materials
To request audio/visual materials, please follow the instructions below. If you have any questions, please call the LRC at (210) 924-4338, ext. 233.

1. Obtain a Request for Audio/Visual Service Form from the LRC.
2. Fill out the form, making sure that all the information is complete and accurate.
   Note: Preferably, all requests for audio/visual service should be made a week in advance. A 48-hour notice is required to guarantee availability.
3. Leave the form at the Public Service desk.
   Note: If it is not possible to come by the Library to fill out the form, please call the Library to contact A/V personnel.
