On February 27th, Dr. Albert Smith, Coordinator of the Human Behavior Program, was awarded the Academic Servant Leadership Award during the Chapel service by President Dr. Abraham Jaquez. Dr. Smith not only coordinates the Human Behavior Program but also teaches and supports students through advising and counseling.

The significance of this award lies in the fact that it is based on the students’ votes, reflecting the high regard they hold for Dr. Smith. Under his guidance, students explore the historical, scientific, and practical foundations of human behavior, preparing them to navigate diverse cultural landscapes using principles of servant leadership.

Dr. Smith’s leadership in advancing the Human Behavior Program underscores the university’s commitment to equipping individuals with the knowledge, skills, and values needed to be effective cross-cultural leaders in organizations.
