Baptist University of the Américas is always looking for non-profit organizations and corporations to partner with to make a better world, starting in San Antonio. It's been proven repeatedly that we can do more together than we can alone. We can combine resources to impact our community and beyond significantly by working together. Some of the ways we can collaborate are through:
Corporate Sponsorships
A business or non-profit can partner with BUA to financially sponsor an event or program in exchange for their logo on signage, shirts, and other marketing materials. A perfect example of this is our fall annual golf tournament.
Workplace Giving Program
Corporate giving programs help employees and businesses donate more to non-profits like ours, especially if your organization has a matching gift program that multiplies the impact of each donation. Employees can opt to have tax-deductible contributions taken out of their paychecks automatically. Go to the Workplace Giving for more information.
Volunteerism and In-Kind Donations
Baptist University of the Américas could be a great place for your employees to volunteer or meet their volunteerism requirement if this applies to your organization. They can volunteer using their skills and expertise or in any other area of passion or interest. We will be happy to keep track of their volunteer hours so they can report them to you if required. All volunteers must pass a background check and undergo a brief orientation.
In-kind donations are another way to impact our work at BUA positively. The university needs items businesses or non-profits can provide to serve our student population and their families, especially since many come from other countries and have limited resources. Your generosity is very much appreciated.
