Graduates of the MAPTM degree will be equipped to serve as a senior or associate pastor, church staff minister, denominational minister, in a non-profit organization staff role, some chaplaincy services, or in a diverse para-church ministry capacity. In addition, the MAPTM degree will enhance the academic foundation necessary to pursue further university or seminary training.
